Welcome to Felini Custom Prints. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Felini Custom Prints is a Melbourne-based Australian business specialising in personalised 3D printed products, including custom name keychains, basketball jersey keychains, accessories and team packs.

2. Products & Personalisation

Our products are made to order using 3D printing technology.

Customers may be able to personalise products by selecting names, jersey numbers, colours and other available options.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalisation details before submitting an order.

We produce personalised items according to the information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has commenced.

If we make an error when producing your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Product Appearance & 3D Printing

As our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, minor variations may occur, including:

• Visible layer lines or subtle surface textures

• Small differences in colour between filament batches

• Slight variations in the appearance of printed details

• Differences between colours displayed on screens and actual filament colours

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images.

These variations do not exclude our obligations to supply products that meet Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

4. Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required to complete your order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before production begins.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Any advertised Team Pack discounts are reflected in the applicable product price unless otherwise stated.

6. Production Times

Our standard production timeframe is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.

Production begins once payment and all required personalisation details have been received.

Larger orders, including basketball Team Packs, may require additional production time.

If a significant production delay is expected, we will contact you.

Production times do not include shipping times.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post Standard shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

8. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we do not generally accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has commenced.

Customers should contact us promptly if they wish to request a change or cancellation.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Team Packs & Bulk Orders

Team Packs are produced using the player names, numbers, colour selections and product options submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking that all player details are accurate before checkout.

Larger orders may require additional production time.

Where a customer requests changes after production has commenced, additional charges may apply if the changes require new products to be manufactured. Any such charges will be discussed before proceeding.

10. Customer-Provided Designs & Intellectual Property

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to request the reproduction of third-party logos, artwork, team branding or other protected designs.

We reserve the right to decline requests that we reasonably believe may infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, photographs and website content created by Felini Custom Prints remain our intellectual property.

Customers may not reproduce or commercially distribute our original designs without permission.

11. Product Use & Safety

Customers should use products for their intended purpose.

Our keychains and accessories may contain small components and are not intended to be used as toys unless specifically identified as suitable for that purpose.

Products should be kept away from excessive heat and used with appropriate care.

Any product-specific safety instructions or age recommendations should be followed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Website Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, photographs and availability information accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur.

If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options and provide any remedy required by law.

13. Privacy

We collect and use customer information to process orders, communicate with customers and operate our online store.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that applied to orders already placed.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Australian federal laws.
