At Felini Custom Prints, every product is made with care and personalised especially for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing checkout.

1. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products

Our products are custom-made according to the personalisation details selected by each customer, including names, jersey numbers, colours and designs.

As these products are made specifically for you, we do not generally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

This includes situations where you no longer want the product or have selected the wrong colour or design.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Incorrect Personalisation Details

Please carefully check all names, spelling, numbers, colours and other customisation details before placing your order.

If incorrect details are provided by the customer and the product is made according to those instructions, we are not generally able to offer a free replacement or refund.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.

If we make an error and your product does not match the details submitted with your order, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our website's Contact Us page.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the affected product, where possible

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Natural Variations in 3D Printed Products

Our products are created using 3D printing technology.

Minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines and surface finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

These variations do not automatically indicate a fault. However, any product must still meet applicable consumer guarantees, including acceptable quality and correspondence with its description.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where production has not yet commenced, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations for change of mind may not be possible.

This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is required, please contact us before sending any products back.

We will provide instructions where necessary.

For products that fail to meet consumer guarantees, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or required by law, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
